2. The Black Cauldren By:Lloyd Alexander

 

 

                                       

 

 

 

In the imginary land of Prydian where evil is never distante 

 it had become imperative that the Black Cauldren, cheif

implement of the evil Arawn, be destroyed.

 

In this cauldron Arwin created his terrible army of deathless

 warriors from the stoeln bodies of the slain.

 

For each of those chosen to journey to Arwn's domain, the

quest had a special mening and to Taran, Assistant pig

keeper, the adventure seemed a glorious opportunity to

wear his first sword a man amoung men.

 

HOw each fulfilled his destiny is related in a story filled

with danger, heroic, exploits, and adventure.
